Yoga entered my life more than a decade ago and gradually became a steady, grounding presence in the way I move, breathe, and meet each day. What began as a physical practice grew into an important part of my everyday life, supporting awareness, balance, and a more mindful way of moving — both on and off the mat.
After completing my 200h YTT in Rishikesh, India, I spent time teaching and practicing across Southeast Asia, allowing my teaching to be shaped by different cultures and approaches. Experiences with monastic life and a Vipassana meditation in Laos and Thailand helped deepen my understanding of stillness, focus, and mindful observation. I later returned to India to complete my 300h YTT, further refining my approach as a teacher.
Inspired by the effects of sound, frequency, and vibration, I deepened my knowledge by training in sound healing and meditation in Kathmandu, Nepal.
My classes and workshops combine movement, breath, and sound to support relaxation, clarity, and embodied awareness. My intention is to create a calm and supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling grounded and at ease.
